NGA Research’s Strategic Partnerships and Communications (SPC) provides oversight of all partnerships and communications plans. The Contractor shall provide communications expertise, technical writing and editing, desktop publishing, graphic design, event management; assist in communication with congressional and legislative affairs, academic and institutional/industry outreach activities


The Contractor shall perform the following functions:

  • Support the RFO, SPC, Technical Offices, Pods, and enabling functions in preparing and finalizing briefings, reports, and other communication documents.
  • Prepare reports, graphic presentations, scan documents, and fax documents, all of which could be up to or at the TS/SCI level.
  • Prepare briefings for internal and external audiences, industry day/workshop presentations, technical interchange meetings, and other briefings and presentations as required


Required Skills:

  • Active TS SCI Clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or Technical Writing and experience
  • working with technical projects and/or technical writing or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research.
  • Equal to or greater than fifteen years of experience.
