NGA Research requires administrative and executive support for the RFO, Technical Offices, and Mission Support Offices, directly supporting between 8-10 Defense Intelligence Senior Leaders (DISLs) and members of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES). Administrative support includes providing a focal point for coordination and consolidation of tasking, providing review and management of information, and providing coordination between the Offices and CoS. Independent, professional, and responsive secretarial support to leadership personnel and staff is required.


The Contractor shall perform the following functions:

  • Provide receptionist duties such as: greeting, receiving, and assisting office visitors, to include escorting to meeting place.
  • Answer phone calls for the purpose of recording messages, transferring calls, and assisting with caller inquiries.
  • Prepare, review and/or edit correspondences such as form letters, reports, tables, spreadsheets, and other correspondence material.
  • Read publications, regulations, directive, instructions, and guidance and take action or refer those that are important to office leadership, management, and/or staff.
  • Prepare special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, and other offices, etc. under general directives.
  • Produce draft and/or final office correspondence or documents for senior leadership’s consideration and signature.
  • Review and provide suggested edits to office correspondence and documents.


Required Skills:

  • Active TS SCI Clearance
  • In compliance with Executive Order 14042, InTec requires all new hires to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by 11/24/21, unless that person has requested and InTec has granted a medical or religious exemption during the onboarding process.
  • BA/BS, MA/MS, or PhD in communications, psychology, management or equivalent
  • Degrees.
  • Greater than or equal to 15 years of work experience
  • Experience preparing and editing correspondence, reviewing guidance, and distilling information for distribution.
  • Ability to provide timely coordination and distill responses from multiple parties with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate actions pre and post meetings.
  • Experience providing logistics and management support to Executive staff, including coordinating and entering travel into MET and DTS.
  • Understanding and adherence to Agency policies and procedures. Functions with minimal supervision.
