This job opportunity supports the US Census Bureau’s IT Program Management Office (IT PMO) in Suitland, MD. The IT PMO provides centralized development and oversight of budget, resources, schedules, risks, and earned value for projects by selecting, prioritizing, evaluating, and monitoring them. This promotes a culture of project management that will reduce project costs, reduce project risks, better estimate staffing needs, better estimate project costs and resource needs, and improve project quality.
InTec LLC has an immediate opening for a Requirements Manager with a background in Information Technology (IT) Network Engineering services to assess Request for Changes (RFCs), Requested Items (RITMs), customer capacity requests, organization commits, and service provider cost impact assessments. The successful applicant will participate within a team of network Systems Engineers and Technical Advisors (SETAs) overseeing the design, delivery, enhancement, and recapitalization of a multi-site environment leveraging Routers, Firewalls, VPNs, Cloud and associated technologies/services. Candidates will leverage their background in implementing network infrastructure service provisioning of backbones, CANs/LANs, Access Controls, VLANs, and similar network related solutions to assess service provider cost, schedule, and scope impacts.
Imagery Analysts maintain and build tasking strategies, and analyze and interpret imagery to support U.S. military and policymaker interests. They analyze the activities and interests of countries, regions, and non-state entities, as well as the impact of natural and man-made disasters. In addition, these analysts conduct multi-INT research, populate and exploit intelligence databases.
Junior-level Systems Engineers employ a multi-discipline approach to requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis across the National System of Geospatial-intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-intelligence (ASG) and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT.

This position will provide all source (Counter Terrorism) Analysis to support the classification review and declassification effort for the Habeas Corpus Support Contract. Analysts will perform security classification/declassification on documents pertaining to detainees presently or formerly held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMO)

Provide support to the Corporate Requirements Team
The Sensitive GEOINT Exploration Systems Engineer is responsible for mission integration in support of operations, leading the engineering efforts for high-priority short-timeline projects. Candidate is also responsible for the development and maintenance of project schedules, tracking and ensuring closure of team tasking, and coordinating the delivery of key project products. The candidate is responsible for meeting preparation to include the pre-coordination with key stakeholders, conference room scheduling, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and tracking risks, issues, and action items. SE will investigate technical issues, develop recommendations, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and tracking risks, issues, and action items and communicate in coordination with the Government Branch Chief.
